Marion Municipal Airport
Request for Statement of Qualifications for Engineering, Planning, and Related Services

Location: Marion, Ohio


The City of Marion, Ohio is requesting Statements of Qualifications from licensed professional engineering firms to provide services required to complete projects at the Marion Municipal Airport over the next five years. Qualified professionals interested are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications and supporting information for providing engineering, planning and related services within the guidelines of state and federal standards. Statements of Qualifications must be received by 4:00 p.m. local time on Friday, March 6, 2020. A preliminary review of the qualifications of the firms will be undertaken by a selection committee. Additional information and/or personal interviews may be requested of any firm(s) after the initial evaluation. The firm with the best qualifications will be invited to negotiate a contract for the first project which is expected to be funded in 2020.

Harry Clever Field (PHD)
Request for Proposal to Provide General Aviation/Fixed Base Operation Services

Location: New Philadelphia, Ohio


The City of New Philadelphia is requesting proposals from qualified professionals for Fixed Base Opera-tor services at Harry Clever Field. The proposed scope of services is discussed in the RFP document (see below).

A selection committee consisting of members of the New Philadelphia Airport Commission and the City Administration will be used to evaluate the RFPs and select the successful Respondent. Interviews with the Respondents may be requested and scheduled if needed. However, the City reserves the right to make its selection solely from the information provided in the RFP.

Request for Qualifications: Master Airport Consulting Services

Location: Lima, Ohio


The Allen County Regional Airport Board Authority is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms, licensed to perform work in the State of Ohio, for design/engineering and planning consulting services for a period of five (5) years beginning upon approval of agreement after Feb. 7th, 2020 and ending 2025 at its municipal airport located 5 miles South East of Lima, in the County of Allen of the State of Ohio.
